Love Brings Up that Which Needs to Be Healed

This is the month of Love.

And while February is not the only month to Love - it is the month we honor Love with the intent to carry it forward. As with the month of January, we make New Year's resolutions.  We declare intentions to Love ourselves more by getting more exercise, eating right, making more money in the upcoming year, etc., etc.

What about Loving well throughout the year, as an intention? 

Are we really preparing for our heart's desires or remaining in fear of our worst case scenarios?

All of our good intentions can get lost in the everydayness of life. It is up to us to simply create a daily practice that becomes as "routine" as that first cup of tea and brushing our teeth in the mornings.

Love is simple really.  Loving yourself enough to take 10 minutes to connect with your source each and every morning.

In doing this one simple thing, it won't be long before you find that instead of 10 minutes, you easily enjoy 20, 30 and more minutes as time goes on.  Connecting is Love. 

It is Love that makes an ordinary person succeed in extraordinary ways. For through Love's Grace, you are a blessing to all those lives you touch with your presence.

30 Day Challenge – Join with me now from February 14 – March 14

1) On a piece of paper list all problematic areas in your life.  All burdens.  List everything.

2) For each thing listed, write how you would prefer that it be.

3) Place both lists in a box and on top of the box write:  God Can!

4) Place the box by your computer and before you start work, each and every day, watch lovemovie.makeadifference.com as many times as it takes for you to feel peaceful. Then go about your day.  

As you focus solely upon Divine Love, you will find your problematic areas, your burdens … simply dissolve.
