How to Participate on a TeleClass call:

Please read these instructions before attending your first Tele-Class with Mary. By reviewing the following guidelines, your MasterMinding experience can be an extremely beneficial and effective one.

A Tele-Class is a training that is conducted on the telephone. No special equipment is needed, just a standard phone.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Your Class DATE: Tuesday, August 30th
at 7:00 pm ET, 6:00 pm CT, 5:00 MT, 4:00 pm PT

2) You will be placed right into the call. If you call in before the host, you will not get in. Once the Mary initiates the conference call you will be automatically allowed into the call. Mary arrives 5 minutes before the tele-class in to begin.

3) If you're late, please be courteous to the rest of the class by not announcing yourself and interrupting the flow of the call.

4) Be Conscious/Mindful of others: The entire Teleconference can hear ALL background noise. Use your mute feature, or press *6 to activate the system mute when you are not the participant Mary is working with.

5) Do not put us on hold! If you have music (or a message) that plays on hold, it will broadcast onto the entire tele-class.

6) Refrain from using cell phones, cordless or speakerphones, as you may be asked to leave the call due to background and feedback noise - we need optimal line clarity for taping purposes.

7) When you want to speak, please address Mary and allow her to address you before you speak. This eliminates speaking on top of everyone else.

8) Keep the calls a positive learning environment by framing your challenges with a request, and looking at what is working about what you're doing and building on what is working.

9) Come with the intention of being changed at depth!

10) This Tele-Class will be tape recorded and is the property of Heart Productions & Publishing for re-sale purposes. When Mary opens up the conversation to answer questions and formulate MasterMind requests, all the "sharing" you elect to do, must be done with this in mind. You can use made-up names when referring to people and/or organizations you want to experience better outcomes with.
