I have no answers, but I do know where the answers can be found...
Like Dorothy who traveled throughout Oz looking for her 'Heart's Desire' ...
And finally discovered it was in her 'own backyard' ...
Like the Knights of the Round Table who quested throughout the land in search for the Holy Grail before they realized that the sacred treasure lay in their own souls...
I reveal the inborn greatness that lies within every student I encounter. I encourage them to 'think out loud'...
To express the True Self that lies within each magnificent soul, buried under mounds of criticism...
I am not here to encourage or even inspire but to assist in Discovery...
I do not deal with the students I 'see' but with the greatness they can 'be' ...

Fear with Faith...
Doubt with Determination...
Anger with Appreciation...
Criticism with Creativity...
Meanness with Meditation...
Sound with Silence...
