Re: Differentiating between D.I.S.C. and my CWC® Facilitator Certification Training

This is a question that I get a lot!

"What differentiates Connecting with Colors® Personality Styles from the other color personality programs out there like the D.I.S.C. or Myer's Briggs, the Enneagram or even other Color Personality Style trainings out there?"

The short version: the other programs are designed in a linear (Red) format, in how they are described, understood and immediately applicable by approximately 25% - of the population - given specific audience orientation. On average, only 1/4 of any audience is actually able to immediately understand, implement and apply what they are learning from the personality styles, let alone get long term benefits.
