You may be wondering, "Well, if we don't focus on our weaknesses, how can we get better?" Great question!
The answer is found in the scientific fact that, "Whatever we focus with great emotional intent will grow and magnify."
Think about that for a hot second. If I focus upon "what's wrong" with me (or with you), that's all my brain's RAS - Riticular Activating System - will allow me to see: the problem, the problem, the problem.
However, if we focus on what's great about how we are neurologically wired to learn, create and communicate - we feel better and people who feel better do better! It's mathematical: 1 + 1 = 2; cause and effect. What goes up must come down! You get the idea...
What I found in presenting this material to over 20,000 people in just a two year period was that the only thing that really happening in our communication with each other is that we are often coming on too strong with our Color Style strengths, and that is what can become problematic.
What I love about the word problematic, is that it implies that it's resolvable and dissolvable ... because it's just problematic.
With the techniques that I offer in my book - that actually work - we can literally shift the negative energy of a situation in 30 seconds or less...
