QUESTION: I am based in California. How would I know if a company / organization had already been contacted by another facilitator or by your firm?

MY ANSWER: There will never be any way to know if another CWC facilitator has contacted a company / organization that you are interested in approaching, because you will not be required to report any of your marketing activity to me.

First of all CWC (Connecting with Colors®) can take you anywhere in the world, so you are not limited to California.

Second, in my experience of traveling and speaking with 4-5 other wonderful speakers for National Seminars Group, people are either attracted to you and your presentation or they are not. It does not matter how many speakers there are in your immediate area. People always go with who they feel the energy with ...so there is never any competition other than what you fear there will be.

Third, understand ...there will be facilitators from other personality style programs out there, and people will be considering your presentation along with, say, the DISC presenters, Myers Briggs presenters and presenters from other color styles, other character codes ...others period.

What matters MOST is NAILING YOUR CWC Signature Talk. Once you BRING IT -stand and deliver it - people will want YOU ...they feel you and they are either aligned with you or not.

You and I could be standing on the same stage and someone very well may resonate with your presentation over mine because that's how it must be. It's all energy! So, think much more expansively about this ...

Here's what I think is so valuable about facilitating CWC ...now, every place you speak or train you will be embedding the PSP - Personality Style Profiles -AND the ongoing need for the PSPs and the benefits of the PSPs within that organization to use on their incoming employees again and again and again ...like the insurance company in Wisconsin that I told you about ...instead of 1 and done, you are 1 and forever! There's nothing sweeter than residual income coming in every month - accumulating as you go - because of getting out there and speaking to people about what you are most passionate about and Making a Difference.

There are DISC distributors everywhere, AND they have a different energy to their profiles and presentation model. I don't find this daunting or competitive, because I've personally experienced 20,000 people LOVING, remembering and applying my personality program immediately to their lives, and that's what builds our financial independence and freedom over the years.

As you join the other CWC Certified Facilitators at our MasterMinding Message board, you will know who lives where if you want to keep track of that sort of thing. I wouldn't waste an ounce of mental concern or energy on it. If I had someone in my own neighborhood doing this, I would go ahead and visualize my own "ideal" audiences - the ones that are the most fun for me to present to, and I would simply market myself to them consistently.

Either they want me and my energy or they don't. There is always someone who needs my energy somewhere that will always be the perfect fit for my delivery!

There are so many facilitators in the world, all that matters is that you focus upon the audiences you'd enjoy the most and who have the potential to be the most lucrative for your end game.

Like I said, my fees begin at $10K, and if someone sees you but wants me because I am the author, I would simply bring you up on stage with me, and we'd do a co-presentation to make sure you got as much leverage on the deal as possible ...in this scenario I would pay you a 25% speaker bureau's fee!

I'm 100% focused on growing our CWC group of facilitators. I would want you to get the training contracts if that's what you wanted. My target "ideal" audience at this juncture is different from what yours may be. I'm focused on speakers, trainers and coaches to spread the wealth and make a worldwide difference with CWC!
