You may be wondering what I'm doing speaking at the Maine Basketball Coaches Association this past weekend ...what you may be thinking is that I'm moving away from my Make A Difference message, when in fact, my life's work of 20 years is all coming together now to extend my reach in every area of work I've ever been privileged to participate in: Education, Business and non-profit Organizations.

What you may not know about me is that I used to Coach Women's Basketball and Volleyball with the woman standing next to me over 20 years ago - my amazing friend and colleague Coach Mary Schrad.
