Dear Difference Maker,

Because we've all been through school, it is the time of year when we come back from the summer, rejuvenated and ready to learn.

This fall, I'm excited to share what has been near and dear to my heart for 20 years and that is my Connecting with Colors® Personality Style Program for SYNERGIZING Every Single Relationship in Our Lives ...and in particular, the ones that you may have written off as impossible.

Being a woman, I can tell you that one of the greatest challenges I've experienced throughout my professional career is going forward and succeeding with 'what's in front of me to do' when any one of my relationships is out of sync.

As I mentioned before, my 20's and 30's felt like someone running their fingernails down the blackboard of my soul, and thank God for my friends who helped me while I was breaking through the Feminine Code of participating as a victim, powerless and inauthentic to myself in many areas of my life.

The interesting thing, if not the irony of my situation, was that as an Educational Psychologist, I was tremendously successful, empowered and at ease professionally.

However, when I went home, my personal life was very 'on the edge' and lacking the connection I would have loved, so I was the person going over and over my relationship dilemma with my friends and colleagues, never able to get a different result with my husband.

I'd read ALL of the books out about Understanding Your Man, Men are from Mars Women are from Vegas (watch my video!) and yet a significant 'piece of the puzzle' was missing!

Absolutely nothing I tried was getting me what I yearned for in my marriage, and sadly to say it ended in divorce. And there I was, experiencing the one life experience I never wanted to have; being a single mother of a one year old, totally on my own - at a time when I was realizing that I had a lot to offer in my area of expertise that I needed to get started building toward professionally.

Because I was struggling so much in my personal life - which directly impacted my professional life, health and stamina - I made it my personal quest to figure things out, i.e., to break the code of feminine victimization and powerlessness when it came to enjoying all that I firmly believed life and relationships had to offer.

I began an in-depth spiritual study about purpose, passion and understanding how to value myself on all levels and in all professional playing fields ...only to discover many years later that it was much more a personality style issue than the differences between the sexes.

Today, 20 years later, kids graduated from college and having built my own business (together with my now husband,) I'm happy to report that I did it! I broke the code to SYNERGIZING all of my significant relationships, never to be daunted by intense people or situations again.
