Dear Difference Maker, For anyone who loves college basketball, this weekend marks the end of the season with the Women's and Men's NCAA Final Four Championship games. Having coached and won championships in basketball, I know the thrill of seeing a group of young people coming together to accomplish something greater than what they could do individually. Recently, I reconnected after 20 years with a highly successful, highly recognized coaching friend, Coach Mary Schrad. After catching up with each other, I was thrilled to discover that she too writes eloquent sentiments about the feeling and the meaning of coaching.
