This is one of my most 'favorite of all' prayers to settle down and relax into. On this day, choose to be the blessed and to be a blessing. This is St. Theresa's Prayer message: we can all find peace within through putting our faith in that which breathes us. Saint Theresa is known as the Saint of the Little Ways.
