I want to spend this week's newsletter visiting with you about something that is crucial to our personal success: People! The Top 3 Concerns on people minds today, in order of importance are: #1 - Money, #2 - Health and #3 - Relationships. Interesting that we put relationships third, when the SYNERGY within our relationships IS the shortest distance to our money and health goals. How well we are doing financially is mirrored by how well we are doing energetically within our relationships.

Even with my Masters in Ed. Psychology, Counseling & Development, I still struggled in my 2nd marriage UNTIL I learned about personality styles in a way that was not demoralizing and de-energizing. There are many personality style tests and books around but I found them to be quite inflammatory to my already existing difficulties with my husband.
Having felt I failed at my first marriage, I was determined to learn what I needed to learn in order to stay married the second time. I knew how to leave relationships, what I didn't know how to do was to stay! Today, twenty years later, we are not only enjoying our marriage we are working together in our business. This is no small feat, so when I tell you that how you do financially has everything to do - energetically speaking - with how well you are doing with your relationships, I know what I'm talking about and I'm living it.
Don't delude yourself for a moment about thinking you can leave your problems in your personal life "at the door" when you arrive at work in the mornings! You can run, but you can hide from life's offerings. It doesn't matter how much you minimize the importance of this, dismissing relationships that are an invitation for you to be doing so much better in, are undoubtedly showing up in your money and your health situations.
And that, my friend, is that "pull" inside of you that won't leave you alone and for the most part, is still stressing you out!
The #1 reason why all kids - including at-risk kids - were so phenomenally successful in my classrooms and in the sports I coached, was entirely because I put our "connection" first, before trying to teach them to win at life. When I say putting the relationship connection first, I mean very specifically having a clean, neutral attitude about them so that we could really connect and they could feel my unconditional regard for them and the genius I knew was residing within them ... just waiting for me to call it out!
In my work with deeply troubled families in counseling sessions, the most it took for me to help them turn significant, chronic problems around was 4-5 sessions!
Family and marriage is the ULTIMATE TEAM effort ...So think of this training as the equivalent of 6 Counseling Sessions at only $66.50 each -- where you get what you need to understand about "how" you can turn any situation around for the better if only you will choose - to be willing - to live an examined life.
