Leading and team synergy for me started the first day of Kindergarten! By fourth grade I'd received my first take down from my best girlfriend. She tackled me to the ground, sat on top of me and told me she was going to beat me up if I didn't stop "bossing" people around. I was shook to my core that day, and that memory stays with me when working with people to come together in the spirit of harmony and good will toward an objective or goal.

I was a leader throughout High School - elected President of almost every club, and by the time I became an educator, I started succeeding with the at-risk kids most teachers were not reaching. I coached sports and won championships, and my team was the underdog both times, so I know what it takes to align intention and focus on outcome.

I've been teaching and living team synergy through my years as a counselor and consultant right into my network marketing business where I oversaw a group of 1200 business associates. I started traveling the country speaking at conferences and conventions with a different team of speakers on every road trip, so once again, my ability to successfully create team synergy even among people I've never been with before, has always been my area of expertise.

Today, I have a dream team of independent contractors and assistants who support our business and growth. In my opinion, my most important successful team endeavor was blending two families in a second marriage and building this business with my #1 team member, my husband.
