It's ALL about the Energy of One's Connection. Until we address the most obvious issue in education, we will not help ALL children succeed. The obvious issue? Attitude! Either your attitude toward certain children and their situations is limiting and demoralizing, or it's expanding and encouraging. How do you know? By the responses you are getting.

To take teachers' attitudes towards certain children out of the equation and blame their environments is to give them too many excuses to continue to do what they've always done, expecting different results. Teachers complain about how much they are expected to do in today's classroom. Again, it's all in the energy of the attitude and the expectation that it's got to be "hard" to deal with so many problem children.

There is a part of every person in education that knows, when they are failing miserably with any student, that there MUST be a better way. Well there is! Any time a child messes up, behaves badly, we build on that by energetically "holding" them to what's happened, rather than simply investigating and then building in new skill sets.

Children absorb the limitations that are placed on them. They become what they are told that they are. Attitudinal energy plays directly into every child's ability to reach beyond their current circumstances.
