I just got done reading your newly released book Make a Difference with the Power of Connection. Wow! I had so many light bulb moments as I was reading it. I would like to get your book called "No Labels, No Limits" but right now things are so tight I can't afford to. My husband has a great job, but gas prices are eating us alive, as his commute is 100 miles each day. Is there any way I can get more information? I am a 45 year old mom of two girls. My oldest daughter is 16, and I can see where I have not been connecting with her, and can hardly wait for her to come home from her band camp to start connecting. Beginning this week, educators are heading back to prepare for the '08-'09 School Year. Every school day, 181 school buses loaded with children leave school never to return. That is our daily school dropout rate in this country!

Of course, one of the ways to quickly increase school retention is to simply give professionals and parents direction and hope, by giving them specific information about how to "think differently" about the forgotten children and/or the children who are behaviorally and academically challenging.
